Between the Sheets, Episode 64: Excel’s Xlookup Function

After two years of this podcast, I realized I never covered Excel’s Xlookup function! Time to rectify that. Xlookup lets you use Excel like a mini database so you can query information from a dataset. It replaces the older Vlookup and Hlookup functions (still available for backwards compatibility). But creating a lookup table with the Xlookup function is easier to use, it’s more powerful and it even has built-in error correction.
