Between the Sheets — Excel podcast episode 31: Excel’s secret DATEDIF function

In partnership with Experts Exchange.

A quick and simple way of finding the number of days, months or years between two dates is Excel’s secret DATEDIF function. When you type it in a worksheet, there’s no popup syntax help to indicate the function exists. You just have to know it’s there and how to use it. And the function works in both Windows and Mac. In this episode, we use it to help calculate charges for a service that has low introductory pricing.
