Download the free NBC Olympics Live Extra app either from iTunes (for the iPad version) or Google Play (for the Android version) to stream all 3500 hours of all events at the London Olympics — but only if your cable, satellite or telephone provider supports it. You might need to sign in when you first run it. I subscribe to Verizon FiOS, and the app didn’t ask me to sign in; it started working immediately.
