PC World magazine has some more leaked screens of Windows 8.1 Update 1. There are more right-click menus, a Power/Restart button and a Search button on the Start screen, the ability to pin a Modern (Metro) app to the taskbar, and a few tweaks here and there, like in the Mail app. The article has several screen shots.
Keep in mind these are only previews. By the time Microsoft releases the update, any of this can change. Read the article here.
