The New York Times reports that Satya Nadella will become Microsoft’s 3rd CEO, replacing Steve Ballmer. Nadella currently heads Microsoft’s cloud offerings. John Thompson Will replace Bill Gates as Board Chairman, and Gates will take a more active role as an advisor to Nadella.
