An article in today’s NY Times says that sales of Windows 8 is lower than some industry analysts expected. Some of that is because people are using mobile devices more and some of that is because of the struggling economy.
But the article also says a substantial reason is that Windows 8 is unfamiliar. It doesn’t look like the Windows versions we’ve been accustomed to for 17 years.
May I suggest a solution? Total Training!
